INGREDIENTS
- 30 grams Pro-Matrix Wild Whey
- ⅓ cup oats
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 x large banana
- 1 cup raw cauliflower
- ½ cup blackberries
- Handful of ice cubes
METHOD
- Combine and blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender
- Garnish with some additional blackberries, banana and even almond flakes if you have them
- Enjoy!
- If you prefer a thicker consistency, use frozen bananas, blackberries, and cauliflower
