- 2 scoops Pro-Matrix Wild Whey
- 1 cup passionfruit pulp
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 bananas
- 1 tablespoon organic extra virgin coconut oil
- Peel and freeze bananas
- Place the can of coconut milk in the fridge and chill overnight.
- The next day, carefully turn the coconut can over and open from the bottom. Be careful not to shake the can. Drain the coconut liquid into a seperate bowl and discard. Place the coconut cream into a food processor. Add all other ingredients to the food processor and blend until creamy.
