INGREDIENTS

  • 60g Pro-Matrix Wicked Whey
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey

METHOD

  1. Combine the milk, peanut butter, and honey in a large bowl
  2. Microwave for 15 seconds. Stir and microwave for an additional 15 seconds
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl
  4. Line pan with baking paper and press the mixture evenly in the pan
  5. Freeze for 20 minutes
  6. Cut into bars
  7. Store in an air-tight container in your freezer or fridge for up to one week
