INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup Pro-Matrix wild whey
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1 tbs almond butter
- zest one lemon
- juice half a lemon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
METHOD
- Place the ingredients into a processor and blend at high speed until the mixture resembles a fine, sticky crumb.
- Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls and roll in extra shredded coconut
- Place the balls into the fridge to set.
- Eat and enjoy
