Wild Whey Lemon Protein Balls


  • 1/4 cup Pro-Matrix wild whey
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tbs almond butter
  • zest one lemon
  • juice half a lemon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Place the ingredients into a processor and blend at high speed until the mixture resembles a fine, sticky crumb.
  2. Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls and roll in extra shredded coconut 
  3. Place the balls into the fridge to set.
  4. Eat and enjoy
