What is the Pro Matrix 8-Week Transformation Challenge?
It’s your chance to transform your body, win $5,000 cash, up to $5,000 in product, and become the official Face of Pro Matrix for 6 months. The challenge runs from September 1 to October 27, 2025.
Who can enter?
Anyone aged 18+ in Australia or New Zealand who purchases any Pro Matrix product between August 1–31, 2025, and submits an entry with a before photo, order number, and Instagram handle.

WHAT PRODUCTS DO I NEED TO USE?
Any Pro Matrix product qualifies —,Proteins, Creatine, BCAA, Collagen... Choose what fits your training and recovery goals. You must have purchased between Aug 1–31 and provide the order number.
DO I HAVE TO POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Not required — but highly encouraged.

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUBMIT BY END OF OCTOBER?
By October 27, you must upload:
- Your “after” photo
- A short paragraph sharing your story or transformation journey
CAN I START TRAINING NOW?
No — judging is based on transformation only during Sept 1 – Oct 27.
Starting early may lead to disqualification.
CAN MY PHOTOS BE USED BY PRO-MATRIX?
Yes — but only with your consent. If you’re selected as a finalist or winner, your photo and story may be used in Pro Matrix marketing and social content.
HOW IS THE WINNER SELECTED?
A panel will review submissions based on:
- Visible transformation (before vs after)
- Effort and consistency
- Story and motivation
- Optional: social engagement

Pro Matrix 8-Week Transformation Challenge
Overview
The Pro Matrix 8-Week Transformation Challenge (“Challenge”) is a skill-based contest designed to encourage participants to improve their health, fitness, and wellbeing using Pro Matrix products. By entering, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility
• Open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or older.
• Participants must purchase any Pro Matrix product between August 1 and August 31, 2025.
• Participants must not be employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Pro Matrix or its affiliates.

2. Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must:
1. Complete the official entry form between August 4 and August 31, 2025
2. Submit a valid order number confirming Pro Matrix product purchase
3. Upload a clear “before” photo of themselves
4. Provide their Instagram handle
5. Agree to the use of their images for marketing (if selected)
6. Follow @pro_matrix on Instagram
Multiple entries from the same person are not permitted.

3. Challenge Period
• The transformation period runs from September 1 to October 27, 2025.
• Final submissions (after photos + short story) must be received by 11:59PM AEDT on October 27, 2025.

4. Judging Criteria
Finalists and the winner will be selected by the Pro Matrix judging panel based on:
• Visible physical transformation (before vs. after)
• Commitment and effort over the 8 weeks
• Quality of final submission and personal story
• Community engagement (bonus consideration for social sharing)
The decision of the judging panel is final.

5. Prizes
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
• $5,000 AUD cash
• Up to $5,000 AUD in Pro Matrix product and marketing involvement
• Six (6) months as the official “Face of Pro Matrix”
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash equivalents unless otherwise stated.

6. Use of Submissions
By entering, participants agree:
• To allow Pro Matrix to use submitted photos, testimonials, and content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes (if selected as finalist or winner).
• That no compensation beyond the stated prizes will be offered for the use of content.

7. Disqualification
Pro Matrix reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
• Submits false or misleading information
• Violates the entry conditions or fails to provide required documentation
• Engages in conduct deemed dishonest, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the Challenge

Pro Matrix is not responsible for:
• Late or incomplete entries
• Technical errors during entry submission
• Any injury or loss sustained in connection with participation
