INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup Pro-Matrix Rough Whey
  • ½ cup almond meal
  • 3 tablespoons organic rice malt syrup
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • Desiccated or flaked coconut (for dusting)

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Roll mixture into balls (makes 14), then coat in coconut
  3. Place in the freezer until firm
