INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 tablespoons Pro-Matrix Naked Whey Protein
- ½ cup almond meal
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons milk
- coconut oil for frying
- extra toppings: natural yoghurt, blueberries, coconut flakes, cinnamon
- honey (optional)
METHOD
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl
- Add eggs and milk
- Heat coconut oil in a frying pan on low/medium heat. Add pancake batter in batches until pancakes are cooked through and golden on both sides
- Add pancake topping, add honey for extra sweetness
