Naked Whey Cranberry Almond Protein Balls

INGREDIENTS

  • 30g Pro-Matrix Naked Whey
  • 1 cup oats
  • ⅓ cup chopped almonds
  • ⅓ cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped

METHOD

  1. Add oats, almonds and coconut in an oven dish, stir and then bake for 10 minutes at 180°C
  2. Allow the mixture to cool
  3. Heat the almond butter until runny, add the baked mix along with Pro-Matrix Naked Whey, flaxseed, honey, chia seeds and cranberries to the bowl
  4. Form into small balls and refrigerate overnight
